This project consists of modern-style villas located in a quiet seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. This project has a total building area of 5.346 square meters. Quarks’ design concept for this project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with the dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials.

The three-story villas provide residents with unique indoor and outdoor spaces. Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, en-suite master bedrooms with steam rooms, and a family room with an open-plan kitchen on the rooftop. The rooms are furnished with high-quality and world-famous furniture such as Minotti, Poliform, and RH furniture. The living rooms are well decorated with light-colored sofas and coffee tables with fireplaces. Stylish pendants in the living room and dining room add a modern edge to the spaces. In addition to the attractive interior, each unit also has a swimming pool.

The interior is characterized by abstract wallpapers that add a vibrant aesthetic to the space. The neutral-toned furniture is complemented by dark walnut veneered parquet and Villeroy Boch wall coverings. While the entrance is dominated by grooved wall panels, the living rooms, and bedrooms have a mix of dark, light, and wood paneling. Mirrored walls alternated with wooden panels create a larger appearance in the rooms. Bathrooms and kitchens have Grohe fittings, Decovita Armani Ivory ceramics, porcelain stones, and decorative ceramic walls. Clear mirrors in bathrooms add more brightness to these areas. The interior is illuminated with contemporary pieces from prominent designers such as Lindsey Adelman and Sonneman & Flos, carefully selected by Quark.

The exterior of the villas is composed of a combination of different materials. The facades feature elements such as Aosta green marble, decorative ceramics, and Alucobond wood veneer, which provide an energy-efficient finish. Wooden decks in the backyard and green Aosta marble floors near the swimming pool provide refreshing areas in harmony with nature. This project is an example of luxurious villas in an urban environment with luxurious and modern decoration that reflects Quark’s unique sense of style in interior and exterior design.
